How do I make payment online?
After signing up for an account, you can make payment from the My Subscriptions page. Our payment portal uses Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment processors, and is 100% safe and secure.
I'm part of a managed pub company. How can I pay for KwizzBit?
Well, this is a job for the KwizzTeam! Please email info@kwizzbit.com with your pub name, address and company so we can get you set up. This is often done within 24 hours, but may take slightly longer around holidays and weekends.
Can I pay annually for KwizzBit?
Yes, please email info@kwizzbit.com with your requirements and we’ll be do it the old fashioned way… by sending you an invoice for the year.
Do I need to enter payment information when I sign up?
No, you don’t need to enter payment information until you choose to upgrade your free account to a paid one.
Why is my bill more than last month?
It’s likely you’ve upgraded your subscription during the month. This means you will be charged at your new package’s rate from the date you upgraded and charged on your next billing cycle.

Hosting & Gameplay
What do I need to host?
All you need to host is a smart device with access to the internet. preferably a laptop. However, it’s possible to host using a smartphone or tablet.
Can I connect the game up to screens in my venue?
Yes, the game can be broadcast to the big screen in a number of different ways. In most cases a standard HDMI cable from laptop to projector or screen will allow you to project the game lobby. Alternatively, you can use a casting device, or other 3rd party applications to project KwizzBit onto an external screen.
What happens if I have a slow connection?
The game is designed to work on low bandwidths but you may experience delay with a slow connection. If you have a slow connection please take your time in-between questions and answers to allow the game to catch up.
How many people can take part in a single game?
KwizzBit can hold from 1-100,000 players on a single game, but this depends on the type of account you are subscribed to. View the account types and their maximum connections for more information.
What do I do if a player loses connection?
Don’t panic. The system is designed to reconnect any device that loses connection automatically. If that doesn’t happen, a simple refresh of the page should get them back in the game.
What happens if I go over my player limit?
The system won’t allow any players above the connection limit to join the game. If this happens, we recommend upgrading your account to the next package up.
Can I preview quizzes before I play them?
Yes, when you add a quiz to your account select ‘Manage Questions’ to view and edit the questions before you play them.
How often is the quiz library updated?
Keeping your trivia appetite satisfied is of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we release new quizzes every single week.
I can’t find a quiz in the system. What should I do?
If you can’t find it on the dashboard, the easiest way to check for a quiz is to use the search bar at the top of your account dashboard. If it’s not in. the system, you can create it using the quiz builder.
How many quizzes are in the system?
We currently have over 5000 quizzes in the library just waiting to be played.
Can I play the same quiz more than once?
Yes, you can play a quiz as many times as you like. Once you’ve played it, simply re-add the quiz back into the ‘My Quizzes’ section of your account and start it as usual.
Subscriptions & One-Month Plans
What is a Subscription vs. a One-Month Plan?
A subscription is a pay monthly plan which automatically reoccurs at the same time each month, and is suitable for regular quiz nights and events. A One-Month Plan is a single purchase which gives you full access to KwizzBit for 30 days, and is suited for one-off events and short term use.
Do you have a package for a single quiz event?
Yes, please select a One-Month Plan for one-off events. This gives you the time to build and edit your quiz, rehearse your event, and get to grips with the platform to ensure your quiz runs smoothly on the day.
Is there a minimum contract length on subscriptions?
No, you can cancel or pause your account anytime from your account dashboard. You will continue to have full access until the end of your current billing month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account anytime?
Yes, you can by heading to the ‘My Subscriptions’ section of your account and selecting your desired package. Any extra payments or refunds will be added to your next bill.
Do upgrades/downgrades take effect immediately?
Yes, changes to your account are applied immediately after confirming your new package.
Is there a fee for cancelling my subscription?
No, absolutely not. It is 100% free to cancel your subscription, as we don’t believe you should be punished for no longer needing our services.
Will my data be safe and secure?
Oh yes, 100%! We take your data and privacy very seriously. Our servers are hosted in world class data centers, with strict surveaillance and security measures. We also ensure KwizzBit is kept up to date with the latest security patches.
Quiz builder
Can I write my own quizzes?
Yes, the quiz builder is available to all users, including those on the Free plan.
When writing my own quizzes can I upload pictures, videos and audio clips?
Our quiz builder allows you to upload images in JPEG, PNG or GIF format. Videos and audio clips are not currently supported.
Can anyone play the quizzes I write?
No, they are private to your account in the ‘My Quizzes’ section. Only players joining your hosted games can play your quizzes.
Can I add quiz rounds together into an event?
Not currently but we’re working on it. We advise either playing one of the readymade quiz events from your account or add all your questions into the quiz maker.
Can I create as many quizzes as I want?
Absolutely, fill your boots!

What do I need to play?
All you need to play is any smart device with access to the internet like a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
Do I have to sign up to play KwizzBit?
No, you have the ability to play as a guest. However, we recommend signing up to KwizzBit as this will allow you to pick your own customised quiz name and access the national leaderboards.
Is there an app to download?
No, KwizzBit is a web-based application which means you just need access to your KwizzBit account to host and play.
I won a national quiz competition. How do I claim my prize?
If you’ve signed up for an account, we’ll contact you via email. Check your junk in case it went in there.
However, if you’ve played as a guest, we will contact the account holder to inform them and arrange for the prize to be sent out.
I played a quiz at a venue. Can I become a host?
Yes, we have a range of packages available to suit your individual needs.
